Contest Participation Rules
To be eligible for entry and potential selection, all boxes must be checked and all requirements fulfilled. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Participants may opt in to win one of the following package tiers:
- Copper Package Copper | 17-HOURS | $350.00 Value
- Bronze Package Bronze | 40-hours | $620.00 Value
- Platinum Package Platinum | 120-hours | $1,340.00 Value
- Each package is sharable with family and friends or transferable.
- Each package can used within 1 month from the first session/visit.
- All awarded hours must be used within 30 days of the date of winning.
- No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
- By opting in, participants agree to receive occasional offers and notifications via email and text from Staying Alivee Wellness Center.
- This applies whether or not the participant is selected as a winner in the initial months.
- Participants not selected in the first or second month will remain eligible for future drawings.
To participate, individuals must provide:
- A primary, frequently used email address
- A valid telephone number
- Their full name
One entry per user.
